HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WORK AT COADRIA?
90 at the moment, but we’re expecting this number to grow quickly! In 2016, we’ve employed 26 new colleagues, and in the first half of 2017 we’ve employed 20 new colleagues! The ratio between guys and gals is approximately 60:40.
WHAT ARE THE WORK HOURS?
The work hours are 9AM – 5PM. We work directly with our U.S. based partners and customers, so we need all the overlap we can get.
CAN I WORK REMOTELY?
Unfortunately, no, for various reasons.
WHAT’S YOUR STANDARD EQUIPMENT
We use either PCs or Macs, depending on the job’s needs and a minimum of two monitors.
IS A UNIVERSITY DEGREE A REQUIREMENT?
No, it isn’t. Experience, motivation and drive to continually learn and improve are more important.
DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?
Yes, you have to be dressed in clothes. We do prefer closed footwear for guys, everything else is up to you.
